Huate Packing has installed multiple fully automated, high-speed aerosol can produce lines, a 350 pcs/min fully automatic production line of Aerosol cans. 

Our aerosol can diameters include Φ45mm, Φ52mm, Φ57mm, Φ60mm, Φ65mm and Φ70mm. 

Additionally, our facilities are equipped with specialized production lines—including a dedicated line for tinplate cans from Taiwan—as well as fully automated stacking and packaging equipment. With a completely automated manufacturing process, we produce nearly 1billion empty tinplate aerosol cans annually.

An aerosol can is a pressurized container designed to hold and dispense paint in a convenient and controlled manner. It generally consists of a canister filled with paint, a valve or nozzle to dispense the paint, and a propellant to generate pressure and atomize it.

These aerosol cans are widely utilized for packaging a diverse range of products, mainly used for the packaging : insect killer, air freshener, shaving foam, body spray, hair spray furniture polishing, spraypaint, cleaner and poly foam, etc.

Manufacturing equipment: Welding machine using Soundronic high frequency resistance welding process, visual NUMERICAL control operation, equipped with automatic spraying system. The necking and seaming machine adopts Lanico automatic integrated system. Each production line is equipped with Italy BE online automatic leak detection equipment for 100% inspection. The stamping equipment of the can top and bottom adopts high precision punch press with high precision process of automatic NUMERICAL control system. Can body printing adopt the world's advanced Fuji two-color, four-color printing equipments.
